Every batch. Every machine. One screen.
LyoLog logs what your freeze dryers are doing right now, what went in, what came out and how good it was. Trays, weights, yield, quality — recorded before the trays are washed.
Free for one machine · Harvest Right, Leosmak, Lyotrade and any manual machine
One machine in the garage or six on a line.
One Harvest Right, a notebook full of guesses.
Know which slice thickness worked and stop re-running the failed recipe.
Two or three machines and a label to justify.
Yield per kilogram, batch numbers on every jar, a PDF for the buyer who asks.
A team, shifts, and an inspector twice a year.
Who started what, when, on which machine — and a record you can hand over.
From loaded trays to a closed record, without a pen.
Three moments in a drying room. The phone is the same one you already carry; the app is built for cold hands and short attention.
Trays in, gloves on.
Pick the recipe, pick the machine, weigh each tray. Tray tares are calibrated once, so you type the gross weight and LyoLog takes the tare. The batch is running in three taps.
You are not in the drying room.
Two machines, two batches, one screen. Each shows the stage it is in and when it will finish. When a cycle ends, your phone tells you — not a machine in another building.
Weigh, grade, done.
Dry weights go in tray by tray. Yield, water removed and cycle time come out. Add a quality grade and a note, and the batch is closed — searchable for as long as you keep the account.
Questions a clipboard cannot answer.
Paper records what you remembered to write. LyoLog records the batch.
Which tray was which?
Trays of the same type still weigh differently. Each one gets a label and its own calibrated tare.
How much water did we remove this month?
Every closed batch adds to the month. Per product, per machine, per kilogram in and out.
Was that our recipe or the manufacturer's?
Every recipe carries its source and version. Manufacturer recipes are read-only; clone one and it becomes yours.
What did we change last time?
Notes and grades stay attached to the batch and the recipe. The next run starts from what you learned.
Built around the batch, not the spreadsheet.
Every machine on one dashboard
Running batches stack as rows, so two or three fit above the fold. Idle machines collapse to a line with a + to start.
A recipe library with provenance
Manufacturer, Freeze-drying.tech, community and your own. Stages, temperatures, pressures and compatibility per machine and firmware.
Any freeze dryer
Pick your model or log a machine LyoLog does not know yet in manual mode.
Batch record as PDF
One page per batch: inputs, stages, weights, yield, grade, notes. Share a read-only page with a buyer or an inspector.
Three languages
English, Spanish and Portuguese — the app, the record and the help pages.
Pick a model. LyoLog knows the trays.
Tray count, shelf layout and the recipes that fit. Anything not listed runs in manual mode with the same record.
Cold hands. Bright room. Dark room.
Every control is at least 48 px, numbers are large and monospaced, and the app follows your phone's light or dark setting. Try it.
Free for one machine.
Records are never locked behind a plan. Pro adds the rest of the room.
- Every machine you own

Before you ask.
Does LyoLog connect to the freeze dryer?
No. LyoLog is a logger, not a controller. You record the recipe, the machine and the weights; stage times come from the recipe and the start time. It works with every machine for that reason.
What if my machine is not in the list?
Add it in manual mode: name, tray count, tray type. The record is identical. Tell us the model and we add it to the library.
Can two people log on the same machines?
On Pro, yes. Everyone in the team sees the same dashboard, and each batch records who started and who unloaded it.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. Records stay for as long as the account exists, on Free and Pro alike, and export as PDF or CSV at any time.
Which languages?
English, Spanish and Portuguese — the app, the batch record and these help pages.
